EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Exhibit Hall has been Sold Out for the past ELEVEN IMAGE Conferences.
(see List of Exhibitors at previous conferences.)

The Exhibit Hall will be open on one day from 12:00 noon to 6:00pm following the Hosting Organizations Presentations on Wednesday morning, 18 June. A Society Hosted Reception/Buffet Luncheon will be held in the Exhibit Hall at 1:00pm in conjunction with its opening. The Exhibit Hall will close at 6:00pm that evening.

PROVISIONS for EXHIBITORS
(Limit ONE space per Organization except for Hosts)

SPACE: Each space is 10' x 10' in a carpeted ballroom (all of your equipment and table must fit within the confines of this 10' x 10' square area) plus:
- One 8 ft. draped table.
- Two chairs
- Waste paper basket
- One 6-outlet strip w/std. house electrical current
BUFFET LUNCHEON (compliments of The IMAGE Society) for the Badged Exhibitors & IMAGE Registered Attendees.
BACKDROPS: You are welcome to bring your own "backdrop" provided it fits within your space.
EHO BADGES: Up to three Exhibit Hall Only badges are provided to each Exhibitor for the Exhibitor's "direct" employees only. Additional Exhibit Hall Only Badges may be purchased by Registered Exhibiting organizations (for their direct employees only) at $150 (one hundred fifty dollars) per person. Exhibitors wishing to attend other conference events must purchase individual Conference Registrations.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:You must make arrangements with, and pay the HOTEL for any additional services (telephone, internet connection, etc.) by contacting the Hotel Catering Manager.
NOTE: Permission is given to the REGISTERED EXHIBITOR to use other organizations' products (hardware/software) incidental in demonstrating your product under the following conditions:
- With regard to Other Registered Exhibitors at IMAGE:
- With regard to Other Organizations NOT REGISTERED as an Exhibitorat IMAGE:
  1. Representatives of organizations NOT REGISTERED as an Exhibitor at IMAGE may NOT STAFF your Exhibit,
  2. You may NOT distribute any materials, literature, or business cards of any organization that is NOT REGISTERED as an Exhibitor at IMAGE, and
  3. You may NOT cooperate in demonstrating/promoting the products of any organization that is NOT REGISTERED as an Exhibitor at IMAGE for the benefit of their representatives marketing their wares in the aisles of the Exhibit Hall. This policy is the result of vendor complaints of an incidence of this unfair and unprofessional practise that occurred at a prior event.
